Airman Nicholas A. Webb
Air Force Reserve Airman Nicholas A. Webb has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. During the six weeks of training, the airman studied the Air Force mission, organization, and military customs and courtesies; performed drill and ceremony marches, and received physical training, rifle marksmanship, field training exercises, and special training in human relations. In addition, airmen who complete basic training earn credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force. He is the son of Rickey and Debbie Motley of Paddington Lane, Powder Springs, Ga.

Pfc. Mary W. Kamau
Army National Guard Pfc. Mary W. Kamau has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C. During the nine weeks of training, the soldier studied the Army mission, history, tradition and core values, physical fitness, and received instruction and practice in basic combat skills, military weapons, chemical warfare and bayonet training, drill and ceremony, marching, rifle marksmanship, armed and unarmed combat, map reading, field tactics, military courtesy, military justice system, basic first aid, foot marches, and field training exercises. Kamau earned distinction as an honor graduate. She is the daughter of Jane N. Joroge of N. Cook Road, Powder Springs, Ga. The private is a 2007 graduate of South Cobb High School, Austell, Ga.

Pvt. Marcia J. Brown
Army National Guard Pvt. Marcia J. Brown has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C. During the nine weeks of training, the soldier studied the Army mission, history, tradition and core values, physical fitness, and received instruction and practice in basic combat skills, military weapons, chemical warfare and bayonet training, drill and ceremony, marching, rifle marksmanship, armed and unarmed combat, map reading, field tactics, military courtesy, military justice system, basic first aid, foot marches, and field training exercises. She is the daughter of Gloria Brown of Carrington Park Drive, Powder Springs, Ga., and Willie Brown of Hanks St., Sacramento, Calif. Brown is a 2006 graduate of McEachern High School, Powder Springs.

Pvt. Charnay L. Parkinson
Army Pvt. Charnay L. Parkinson has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C. During the nine weeks of training, the soldier studied the Army mission, history, tradition and core values, physical fitness, and received instruction and practice in basic combat skills, military weapons, chemical warfare and bayonet training, drill and ceremony, marching, rifle marksmanship, armed and unarmed combat, map reading, field tactics, military courtesy, military justice system, basic first aid, foot marches, and field training exercises. She is the daughter of Charmane Suseberry of Wisteria Hill, Houston, Texas, and James Parkinson of Highpoint Xing, Powder Springs, Ga. Parkinson is a 2007 graduate of Westfield High School, Houston.

Pvt. Kali E. Robinson
Army Pvt. Kali E. Robinson has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C. During the nine weeks of training, the soldier studied the Army mission, history, tradition and core values, physical fitness, and received instruction and practice in basic combat skills, military weapons, chemical warfare and bayonet training, drill and ceremony, marching, rifle marksmanship, armed and unarmed combat, map reading, field tactics, military courtesy, military justice system, basic first aid, foot marches, and field training exercises. He is the son of Pharis Allen and Clyde Adams of W. McEachern Woods, Powder Springs, Ga. His brother and grandmother, Kevin and Josephine Allen, resides on N.W. 42nd Court, Miami Gardens, Fla. Robinson is a 2003 graduate of John McEachern High School, Powder Springs.
